Common Questions.
What if I'm not happy with the site?+
The site you've seen is a starting point, not a final product. Once you sign on, we work with you through two rounds of revisions over the next 14 days. You tell us what to change, what to add, what to cut. We update the site based on your feedback so it actually reflects your business. We're ready to get to work on making your site exactly what you need it to be.
If you've worked through revisions with us and still aren't happy, the first 30 days are refundable in full. No pitch, no save offer, no follow-up emails trying to talk you out of it.
Can I just buy the site outright?+
Yes. A one-time $2,500 fee transfers the website, the domain, and the analytics property to you. After that, Upswing has no further involvement and you own everything.

Why single-page websites only?+
A single page does one job: turn a phone search into a phone call. Multi-page sites scatter that job across a navigation menu and ask the visitor to assemble the answer themselves. Most visitors don't.
The numbers back this up. Google's own research found that 53% of mobile visitors leave a site that takes longer than three seconds to load, and bounce rate climbs 32% when load time goes from one second to three. Every extra page is more to load, more to wait for, more reasons to leave.

What kinds of sites and services don't you offer?+
A few. We don't build multi-page sites, blogs, e-commerce, or booking systems. We don't run paid ads, social media, or email marketing. We don't manage your Google Business Profile or answer your phones. If you need any of that, we're not your fit. If you just need a website that works and shows up in search, we are.
